Osmos is a complex software with thousands of possible combinations and scenarios. Just think of it, every merchant have different users, and those users use Osmos on different ways. Then add to this that we are continuously adding new AWESOME features that may affect current functionalities.
So no, Osmos is not bug or error free, but rest assure once a nasty bug is discovered (like the one on the picture) we take care of it right away (Within hours).
Please report bugs by chatting with us or submitting a ticket. Provide images, videos and description of your problem to better find and correct the bug. Remember, SMILE :) we are here to help you and resolve the error.
