Predefined clauses are ideal when you offer products or services in which you must apply a particular rule. They also serve to highlight and emphasize important points on the quote, contract or invoice.
Example: you can create a clause called "No refunds"
The clauses need to be previously written before being used on the quote module.
Go to Setup -> System Values
Open Clauses tab and click on the "+" symbol to add a new clause. To edit clauses just click on the text of the clause to be modified.
