The client rating is the qualification we assign to our customers. The idea of rating them is to identify how good they are for the business. The score is manually assigned and goes from 1 to 5, being 5 the best rating.
IMPORTANT!! To apply and assessment a quote needs to be converted to contract.
To rate a client follow these steps:
1.-Go to Contracts section.
2. Select the contract you want to assess
3. Go to the bottom of your survey and select Client Review. Select the rating.
NOTE: This rating is only an indicator of how important the client is for your business, it can be modified.
