Adding resources to services help you identify and calculate service or project cost. When you add a resource, the resource will show a score. After score you should indicate the quantity of “Units” that the resource will be assigned to the service or projects. Units are the pre-defined unit assigned to the resource on the employee catalog. They are normally hours, days or months. The rate is also pre-defined on the employee catalog, it can be later adjusted on PO module.
After all information has been entered create a PO by clicking “Create PO”.
