To create a Mexican Electronic Invoice you need to:  

1) Register your business for Mexican Electronic Invoice (Done only once). Look for How to setup and register for Mexican Electronic Invoice?

2) Add your “RFC” in Biz Setup / Biz Profile / and open the “Business Profile” tab to enter your “RFC” (Done only once)


 

3) Create a customer and make sure you enter the “Company Name” Razon Social and Client “RFC” or Tax ID

4) Billing Address and you have it as default “predeterminado”

5) On quote module you must have already a contract created How to convert a quote, estimate or invoice to a contract?

 

6) Edit the contract and select the option “Invoice” and enter the Invoice date

7) At the bottom of the page next to save, print, email option you will see option “Crear CFDI”, click and Mexican Invoice will be created. Make sure you have enough “folios” and that the user is allowed to create a CFDI (Done Once). Look for How to setup and register for Mexican Electronic Invoice?
