The commission is calculated based on the amount of commission ($) given on each individual product or service in the product catalog and the percentage assigned to the employee or user. 


The way that commission is calculated is as follows. 


Example: If commission value on product catalog is $100 and you assign to a salesperson 50% commission, this means that commission will be $50. 

 

If you don’t see the amount on commission it means that either product or services have commission assigned or employee has 0% commission or you are the superadmin on the account.
