When clicking on “Verify” Osmos will check for duplicate records containing same email, phone number or business name.


If a duplicated is found you will be notified and asked if you want to proceed and create a new record.  If you proceed a new client will be created.


Even when you don’t click on “Verify”, when saving Osmos will automatically check for duplicates. The verify button is meant to save you time before adding all client information.
