Osmos is user base software. This means that for each account created you have 1 superadmin (The user that can do it all and has access to everything). The superadmin is the one that create new users, assign roles and accesses.
If you are not able to see some options, menus or perform specific actions it means your user was not given the rights and /or privileges to perform such things. You will have to contact your superadmin.
