Once logged in go to the top right corner, you should see the word Welcome with your name. Click on Submit Ticket.
To submit the ticket, enter your email, subject and description. We recommend attaching an image, video or document that explains the problem.
If you want to check your ticket status you need to create an account to the ticketing system, click on Sign up. It is free and this access is only for the 3rd party ticketing system hosted by Freshdesk.
